Kaylyn Lynch

I am an all around extrovert when it boils down with interactions with customers and clients. I can't help but smile when encountering someone new. Always looking for a new skill and willing to learn. I always find new ways to improve what I do in the workplace. I am very transparent about being uncomfortable or unsure about a procedure. Positive attitudes in the workplace create room for better service. And I'm always happy to do so. My mother was in the radio business for over 35 years, her communication skills and personality became a big asset to me. Looking into many career paths I never saw myself behind the scenes. I knew that I wanted to be face-to face with others daily.

In high school I excelled with playing an instrument and dancing contemporary for four years. I also was part of my student's council, creating new Ideas for events like prom, homecoming, or our Friday pep rallies. I loved the fact of being a part of organizations that surround themselves with creativity, and bouncing off ideas with my companions. Innovation has been a home in thought for as long as I can remember.
