- As a BSA I, I helped in many projects, including connecting the DSC with Dial America through platform sharing, deeply analyzing the performance of our customer facing chat experience - creating advanced reporting for incentive and performance tracking until the chat vendor could build out what we needed, analyzed attrition to understand how to improve it, and many other exciting projects and deep dives into DSC data.
- As a BSA II, I focus heavily on Cresta as a system admin, helping to build out it's capabilities and use the data in it to help the DSC understand how to be more effective and identify issues before they become problems. In the past 6 months I have been very focused on bringing in a new product to our department that was not built out in Tableau. I created and maintain (and present to leaders weekly) an advanced workbook that combines data from several sources to give us insight all aspects of the new product (sales, staffing, demographic analysis) while building supporting features out in Cresta.
