Being a member in plenty of different settings has taught me a variety of leadership skills. Being a lifeguard has taught me the ability to take charge, make decisions, and serve as a guide for others. As a ongoing 4th year life guard i have ability to train other newer guards how to preform important tasks such as, saves, cpr, and even how to test pool chemicals. Being a baby sitter and part of the 4-H has taught me time management and organizational skills, by planning meetings for my club and scheduling day plans for the kids that i babysit.
