I worked as a host at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen which required me to learn customer service skills, communication skills, multi-tasking, time management, and active listening.

I worked as a To-Go Specialist at Cheddar’s dealing with packaging orders, learning POS systems, customer service, phone etiquette, attention-to-detail, and memorizing menu items.

My first job was as a FOH team member at Chick-Fil-A it taught me teamwork, hospitality, interpersonal communication, and overall enthusiasm in my customer service skills!
