Responsibilities include interviewing applicants, verifying information, calculating benefits, and maintaining case records. Eligibility Determination: Analyzes financial, household, and personal information to determine eligibility for SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF programs.
Case Management: Manages a caseload to ensure timely processing, recertification, and accuracy of benefits.
Customer Service: Assists customers with inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures via phone or in-person.
Policy Application: Interprets and applies complex federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance.
System Usage: Utilizes state computer systems to record data, track cases, and verify information.
Patient Care & Hygiene: Assisting with personal hygiene (bathing, mouth care, toileting, dressing) and ensuring patient comfort.
Mobility & Safety: Safely transferring, lifting, and turning patients to prevent bedsores.
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitoring and recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate) and notifying nurses of any significant changes in condition.

Case Management & Monitoring: Manages a caseload of youth, conducting required face-to-face contacts at home, school, or work to monitor compliance with supervision conditions.
Court Reports & Testimony: Prepares and presents comprehensive reports to the court and provides testimony regarding youth progress and violations.

Data Entry: Maintains accurate, up-to-date case files in the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS).
