Responsible for all day to day operations in the parts department, including but not limited to: preparing yearly budgets for the department, managing over 2.5 million dollars in inventory for two carlines (Jaguar, Land Rover), managing all parts personnel, ensuring that the department exceeds budget on a monthly bases with an average GP of $400,000+ per month, monitoring the inventory to maximize profit and minimize obsolescence, post lost sales and perform bin counts on a weekly bases, work closely with the service department and sales department to ensure that we give them the level of service that they expect.
