I received bonus checks for earned profit in 3 Albertsons stores for 17 of my 20 years as a manager. I received bonus checks for earned profit in 1 of my 2 Safeway stores for 1 1/2 years. All of these bonus checks were quarterly.
Certification
Food Handlers Safety Card for 30 years. A re-certification is required every 5 years.
I received dozens of awards for quarterly profit. ly profit in all of my stores as a manager.
As a manager, I was tasked with meeting/exceeding sales goals, labor goals, and profit goals. I accomplished this so many times that I had an entire wall of plaques with my accomplishments in my last Albertsons store. My "meat operations specialist" once said "is this your wall of shame"? Which was a joke he was making.
