Worked as a Subject Matter Expert for pole climbing, Side Kick meter, defensive driving, U-Verse leadership training, SAP for all contractors, and CPR & First Aid for all AT&T regions. In 2008, I received my American Red Cross instructor's certification. Named the Winner of the Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2009.
