I am an animal lover of most kinds. Snakes and large spiders are not my favorite things . I can appreciate their beauty and functionality in the world and choose to let them be to themselves as much as possible. I have a long history of working with dogs, cats, birds and horses. I learned to groom our poodles and took over clipping them when my mother developed severe carpal tunnel syndrome. I have obedience and aggression trained dogs in the past and most recently, obedience trained the most hard headed boxer on earth. I have assisted in breaking horses and generally love being around animals. I am a firm believer in rescuing an animal whenever possible and understanding it is a lifelong commitment.
