Systems
- Launched Global HRIS across LV Americas
- Launched HR Training program to ensure user competency - Specific to new HRIS
- Manage Data Maintenance - Ensure data integrity across all regions of the Americas
- Troubleshooting- Core system errors, user errors, integration errors
- Partners with LV Paris & LVMH on on all system releases, UAT
- Manages Integration set up/changes in partnership with IT
- Launched and manage new timekeeping system for the Americas. Ensures local and regional compliance ( break rules, accruals, etc). Associated Business cost savings of millions
Compensation
- Manage end to end Commission process on a monthly cadence
- Manage Retail Bonus Process on a Semester basis
- Ensures Compensation accuracy for LV USA
- Manage compensation system upload during review process
People Management
- Manage Team of two temporary associates that were developed and converted to permanent
- Facilitates full life cycle process for all LV associates in the Americas
- Delegates assignments based on regional support
- liaise and support between Coordinators & Leadership
