Received parts and work orders for the technicians in Quickbooks. Packed parts securely in packaging to prevent damage. Checked customer orders, labeling and documentation prior to shipment to avoid delays. Contacted customers via phone for orders being personally picked up after completion.

Picked parts to complete orders from Schaeffer automated, pick by light and forward pick lines. Pack orders for shipment in Domestic and International departments. Process labels and paperwork for shipping Domestic and International shipments. Load and unload trailers for shipping and receiving. Forklift certified on fork truck and cherry picker.

Bill incoming P&D freight in AS400, route copies for dock workers to unload trailers, enter linehaul trailer information, call drivers to come in to work, enter bills into computer after loaded onto linehaul trailers and close out trailers when completed, dispatch drivers using the Qualcomm system and daily spreadsheets with driver and dock workers production. I also answered phones and did customer service. I provided support for the second and third shift supervisors.
