I currently train at The Trench Jiu-Jitsu in NE Tacoma. I have been training in total for over 3 years, however just started to train again recently after a 4 plus year break. I love the foundation of discipline, self control and mental focus required to have success on the mats. I also cherish the relationships I have built while being incredibly uncomfortable and exposed while training. I believe it has brought mental clarity and has become a regimented part of my everyday life.
