- I began BR Retreading in 1998 as route truck pick up and delivery Driver. I covered approximately 8 states and serviced 30 plus customers. I took a interest in the business and began to offer product to the customers while building relationships with them. 2005 I was offered a sales position . Managed accounts in coal mine and quarry industry, building relationships with major OTR tire accounts including Massey Energy, TICO, Alpha Energy, and Peabody. As well as Vulcan Materials one of the largest Stone producing quarry's in the north east. BR Retreading offered a retread and repair service. I was able to land deals with some of the largest tire companies in the US. like GCR Tire Co. TCI, McGriff Tire Co. Best One. While covering the south east I met regularly managers, service managers and staff of all different kinds. Always being able to seek out whom made the decisions of where to send there business. Conducted sales and management meetings for clients and end users, fostering collaboration and alignment on business objectives. I was moved to the sales manager position in 2017. I manage 3 salesmen covering 170 plus dealer locations. I continued to help my sales staff develop skills to retain business and grow to be in the top 4 retread plants in the US. In 2018, I became General manager of BR Retreading where I managed the Off Road Tire retread plant and sales staff as well as the plant, and trucking operations. I resigned from GM in May 2020 and returned to Sales/Account manager for the sister Company RDH Tire and Retread. I continued customer relations and account management until 2024 when I moved to Florida to do an assessment of Florida operations for the owners. Closed operations in Florida and developed a logistics plan to transport products to Cleveland, NC, optimizing cost efficiency. I worked in Florida as GM of sales and customer relations until April of 2026. The owners decided to cease operations and explore other options for themselves. I have worked for this family and business 27 years and 6 months I have over the years honed a skill set I believe second to none when it comes to building customer relations, sales.
