  • Coordinated Membership, hosted events and educated prospective members in the political process nationally and locally.

  • Co-Chair for the Upper School Facility Appreciation Week, coordinating a team of parents to celebrate the staff with daily treats and meals.
  • Decorations Chair for the Gala for Financial Aid, raising over $1,000,000 in support of scholarship students.
  • Classroom Parent, liaising between parents and teachers to support the classroom.
  • Worked directly with the students as a Library Volunteer, helping children select books, shelving books and maintaining the stacks.

Served in several Board-level positions of a long-established community group. Founded in 1958 RWC promotes, beautifies and enhances the public spaces and neighborhood cohesion for the City of Rollingwood.


Developed my communications skills as Secretary, taking detailed minutes in a consistent style for two terms.


During my term as President, we published a neighborhood directory and planned several events including a fun run that raised $30,000.


As Events Chair, have planned monthly meetings and programs in neighbor's homes.
