A dedicated eighteen year employee currently holding the position as a Police Lieutenant with the Concord Police Department. I have been in several different assignments in the department which has given me the experience and knowledge to thrive in various environments. I have worked with Confidential Sources of Information to gather intelligence and to document narcotic violations. Worked closely with several other agencies such as The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Drug Enforcement Administration, and the State Bureau of Investigation. I have compiled budget requests by making recommendations for the annual budget. Conducted administrative investigations based on citizen and internal complaints. Responsible for oversight of patrol activities by ensuring basic police functions are efficiently and effectively carried out. Be able to inspect staff to ensure the department can meet service demands and taking corrective action when deficiencies are noted. Monitors response to calls for service to ensure timely response and proper disposition. Ensures all personnel perform their duties in a timely manner and follow prescribed policies and procedures. Conducting initial review of administrative investigations as directed by the Chief of Police and other duties as prescribed by the Chief of Police.

Perform supervisory duties in absence of Sergeant.
Investigated numerous narcotics (including street level drugs and prescription medications) and weapons offenses. Worked undercover in narcotic offense and prostitution stings. Authored and executed numerous legal processes such as Search Warrants. Worked with Confidential Sources of Information to gather intelligence and to document current narcotic violations. Worked closely with several other agencies such as The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Drug Enforcement Administration and the State Bureau Investigation.
Investigated street level drug activity. Investigated and assisted with Arson Investigations. Assisted the departments Vice and Narcotics Unit with several operations. Targeted high crime areas to reduce the criminal activity including drug activity, robberies, larceny, breaking and entering’s, etc.
Responsible for patrol duties that included response to calls for service, vehicle accident investigation, property checks, and service of processes such as subpoenas within my assigned patrol zone.
