  • Mange a team of 17 ophthalmic technicians.
  • Manage doctors/clinical staff schedules.
  • Oversee all clinical operations within the practice, including patient care delivery, staff management, and quality assurance.

Medical mission Trips / Volunteer (work in Samachique, Mexico )

  • Eye Surgery Outreach - May 23-26 2024 - Indigenous Tarahumara Indians were transported to Mission Tarahumara Hopsital where we offered free cataract surgery to those who were legally blind. During both mission trips I assisted in about 80 cataract surgeries.

Attending Medical/Leadership Conferences

  • ASCRS 2024 (American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery) - Allows staff to stay up to date on latest technologies, trial devices, and network with other practices to make sure we provide the upmost service.
  • Muster Leadership Conference 2023 -Two day premier leadership conference lead by Jacko Willink. The Muster teaches pragmatic, leadership, strategies, and tactics to all levels of leadership.
