Accomplishments
- Created an evolving set of systems to grow and support small groups within my previous and current church. I have volunteered weekly for the past 2 years to design the current system, train church staff, and recruit necessary volunteers. When I began our church served 150 groups per year. We are currently launching nearly 1,200 groups a year measured entirely by group member spiritual growth through a series of predefined next steps in their relationship with Christ. In addition to leading this team as a volunteer I also lead a women's bible study group and am a leadership coach for other group leaders.
- I was awarded the highest staff award called the SWAP Sash in Girl Scouts for my innovative and empathetic leadership. This award was designed around me and for me in 2017 and was then awarded to one staff member each month for the next five years as a way to highlight the leadership aptitude valued by the organization.
- I transformed the customer experience at GSWCF within 18 months from negative to promoter positive by expertly and strategically creating an ecosystem of trust, empathy, care, and transparency. I created pathways for everyone to grow, evaluate risks, innovate, and be celebrated. Everyone is unique, expert in their work and has value.
- I helped women across dozens of communities in West Africa to learn how to generate an income so they could make decisions regarding their bodies, reproductive health, and purchase menstrual products.
