Work with Project Manager's to execute project completion on time. Work with younger technicians, and contractors to complete project time lines. Job duties include programming, interpreting job drawings, specs, sequences, and updating submittals with field engineered changes. When the job is approaching completion we work with all trades, the customer and CX Agent to get the job closed.

• Take calls from customer accounts, schedule, and perform controls service work on brands including but not limited to Johnson Controls Metasys, Johnson Controls Niagara brand, Distech, and Honeywell.
• Bid small control jobs, shop vendors, order parts, perform the work from beginning to end. Duties include pulling wire, bending pipe, installing controller's and end devices, wiring of controller's and control panels.
• Created engineered control drawings, engineering networks, programming, graphics, and floor plans.
• Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all administrative duties
• This position was the owner of a control service company performing small projects. This position included every aspect of a company from beginning to end.

• Worked to support all control systems sold to mechanical contractors. Brands included Johnson Controls, Honeywell, and several different lighting control systems.
• Teach contractors how to troubleshoot, program, build graphics.
• Take trouble calls from customer's on project's, problems included wiring issues, programming, or faulty parts.
• Communicate with our controls vendor's when there was a technical support issue for one of our contractor's
• Walked, jobs, ordered parts with customer's, retrieved PO numbers from customer's for completed work.
• Responsible for 4 other system's specialist's performing duties similar to mine.
• Took calls and managed the work load using myself and the 4 other tech's assigned to me.

• Run control service calls that were assigned, brands included Distech, Teletrol, Johnson Controls, and Phoenix fume hood and vivarium controls systems.
• Worked on small and large projects, duties included pipe bending, wire pulling, mounting, wiring, and programming controller's.
• Performed work on controls maintenance programs in many refineries.
• Work with other technicians, supporting each other with a wide variety of knowledge

• Work on multiple installation projects at a time
• Bend pipe, pull wire, mount control panel's, mount controller's and end devices.
• Wire panel's perform startup and commissioning of vav's, ahu's, and fan coil units
• Manage other installers, order material, and report job progress to the office
• Ran light service call's with senior technicians
• Performed service and installation, of mechanical systems when controls installation slowed down.
• This company closed its doors when the owner retired, and I helped him close all of his jobs and maintenance contracts. I was the last employee to work here before closure.
