Led a team of technology infrastructure consultants, providing full project life-cycle services to global customers.

• Directed a staff of nearly 30 direct and indirect reports, $20M annual budget.
• Recruited, interviewed and hired employees and implemented mentoring program to promote positive feedback and engagement.
• Managed a multidisciplinary technology team through the planning, design, and implementation of a budgeted $11.2 million Unified Communications project.
• Oversaw a portfolio of up to 10 concurrent client projects.
