I graduated High school in May of 2020, after graduation, I started working at Outback Steakhouse as a host. Gradually, I was promoted, from Host, to the Takeaway position. Then from there I was moved to Server, then to the Bartending position. During myself being a Bartender, I was asked to become the Headwait, which I did. The headwait position includes, counting all monies at the end of the night and imputing it into the tracking system within the computer, properly putting tips into the excel spread sheet, in order to keep track of what people were paid at the end of the night. Counting all produce and imputing the data into the computer. I was also the Training and Events coordinator for a year. I am currently the Lead Bartender/Server.
I currently have my TABC (Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification) and my Food Handlers.
