- Manage the day-to-day travel bookings and expense reports in keeping with Northrop Grumman policies.
- Reviews draft and finish documents; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate moves and facilities needs for team.
- Arranged travel and hotel accommodations for international and domestic business meetings and trips.
- Advance skillset in SharePoint 2013, Confluence, JIRA & CPORT.
- Proficient with NG Sector tools, including iBuy, Concur, MyIT, SharePoint, iTrip, etc….
- Coordinate accommodations, computer, and supplies for new hires and existing team members.
- Arrange food services for corporate gatherings and organize the conference room.
