• Design & generate email campaigns for promotions, announcements.
• Assist and maintain consistent company branding across all avenues of marketing and company presentations.
• Design and build marketing materials, such as flyers, product brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in the growth and development of annual social media strategy and goals.
• Produce and manage marketing materials for product lines and making changes as projects evolve.
• Prepare digital and physical marketing material for sales team.
• Maintain Lead Generation Lists from email campaigns, social media interactions, and from sales team efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials align with overall brand strategy.

Primary focus on designing the camp yearbook while assisting with graphic design needs for the Temple, schools, and camps.

• Designs and/or updates layouts for internal product design media.
• Podcast and various company graphic designs.

Working directly with our production designers to create user-ready card design templates by setting default type for our cards on site.

• Processes orders in Shopify and Celerant for payment and fulfillment.
• Packs orders to be shipped to customers including gift wrapping.
• Helps to check-in deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders reporting any discrepancies.
• Prices and occasionally packages merchandise.
