• Inbound and Outbound Communications: Handle incoming calls from members to address inquiries and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or reschedule in-home health assessments.
• Appointment Coordination: Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately, considering both member and provider availability, and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Member Education: Provide members with detailed information about the HouseCalls program, explaining the benefits and what to expect during their in-home assessment.
• Data Management: Accurately document all member interactions, appointment details, and any pertinent information in the system to maintain up-to-date records.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise related to appointments or member inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
