Managed over 4,000 aviation flights safely without incident integrating 42 immediate medical evacuations for US and coalition troops.

· Coordinated with various US and foreign nations’ aviation agencies while integrating aviation assets in a highly operational and dynamic environment for 12-hour shifts.

· Led an additional cross-functional team of 20 Marines providing all communications operations and services for the organization, working outside regular duties during off-hours to ensure positive control and safety of flight for all US and coalition aviation assets without break in communication service.
