  • Solely responsible for building necessary relationships with governmental, community, and business partner stakeholders necessary to site, develop and eventually operate a network of vertiports within the Northeast.
  • Lead a successful response to NYC's RFP for a 10-year Concession of the Downtown Manhattan Heliport with goal to transition the facility into one of the first vertiports in the United States

  • Responsible for managing and forecasting over $700M in annual spend in rents and landing fees. Formulated JetBlue's strategic interests in Airports around the network.
  • Lead the JFK Terminal 6 development with our development partners, JFK Millennium Partners. Negotiated for JFK Terminal 5 International $200M expansion ("T5i") saving more than $20M annually in passenger fees and aircraft time.
  • Chaired the Airport / Airline Affairs Committee in San Juan, Puerto Rico through the successful SJU Public Private Partnership transaction
