Duties include prepare multiple crews for daily tasks and lead crew members as needed. Make sure all job tasks are being performed properly with the current plans and codes. Maintain project schedules and monitor deliveries of materials for each project. Schedule sub-contractors as needed and work with local inspectors for job compliance. Most important role is to make sure all employees are being SAFE at all times.
