- Created and rolled out the SOP for a 'Successful Execution of Prior Day Planning'
- This rollout improved our Building Plan v
- Actual from 68% in execution to 87% in 3 months and from 87% to 96% in the past 6 months
- Raised the buildings Leadership Behavioral Index from 26% unfavorable to under 9% unfavorable by supporting and mentoring Operation Managers and Area Mangers on how to better support and have more value-added conversations with their teams
- Increased the buildings Safety Leadership Index from 21% unfavorable to 12% unfavorable

- Oversaw Inbound as Ops Manager
- While running Inbound I was able increase the number of units from 125k per shift to over 300k per shift
- I did this by proper staffing as well as getting associate rates up from 195 units per hour to over 275 units per hour
- By doing this I was able to have my managers planning closer to correct head counts as opposed to needing to have associates working overtime
- This reduced costs by $8,000.00 per shift
- Increased throughput for the building from 65 units per hour to 72 units per hour
- This was on average 148% to plan
- During Peak 2022 I was able to increase volume from 300k units per shift to over 500k per shift
- I did this with up-staffing Inbound each shift by 40 associates and staying consistent with rates
- During peak I was able to put a plan in place for managers to help reduce idle time of our teams
- By doing this, we saw an increase across the building which during Peak allowed us to increase throughput by 18%.
