My name is Kevin Hernandez when I’m at my work site i would always try my best too give out a good performance at my job as a worker and always putting all my effort and giving out my best as a worker like too show more with my actions then doing the talking . I’m the type of guy that as soon as i step into my job site I don’t like too cause problems i just clock in into my job do my job the correct and right way in order for it can come out good like too do my job the correct way and I don’t like bothering the rest of my coworkers or the people around me while i do my job , i don’t like doing problems or cause problems i just go in do my job finish the day strong with a good employee impression for the company. I always put my effort and main set of being responsible for my job make sure that every day too show up on time get there at the time i suppose too clock in arrive a free minutes earlier before my punch in time show a good impression too show that i care about my job everyday. The type of person i im when it comes too work i like too be active thru out my whole day shift by moving around not just standing in one spot be moving around by trying out new things learning how too do other stuff and how too work other type of machines the best proper safe way of how too operate the machine , looking forward into learning something new everyday or at least some days a week , i always try too be a good and fast worker but at the end of the day doing it right coming out with no complaints and get better everyday little by little . One of my favorites hobbies is gym and working that’s pretty much it .

- So in This job site my responsibility’s was too work with this big machine of two big rolls of iron working rolling together at the same time and also with not just that machine I would also work with other kinds of machines that would give you that shape and at the length you needed for your rubber you need at making them into big shits and with the chemicals i would mix them up in the big machine of rolls Working together making iron out of it , i would also be forklift operator unloading plates from big trunks , Learn also about different type of chemicals what type of cells it has on each chemical and the effects and can do harm in your body if you don’t be careful with working with those chemicals including with also with that of sickness can effect on a person health . Before working in this company where I’m at currently i would work in those other one where i would work with big sheets of iron and measure them give them a certain length too make them into a shape either into a small or big shape and also use construction type of tools like the razor blade too cut and measuring tools too measure would know how too measure , in another hand i would also work with insulation by taping them into the type of figures or iron that i would make using this glue machine pistol and knew how too cut insulation rolls into shapes and certain length .
