ICE/Department of Homeland Security Detention Facility

• Supervises non-citizens in living areas, visitation areas and recreational activities
• Serves as control center officer, coordinates and monitors non-citizen movements, conduct counts, and provides emergency response
• Serves as mailroom, medical security, perimeter security, and/or gate officer as required
• Provides security in treatment activities and supervises labor crews in the kitchen and other specialized areas
• Ensures prompt and appropriate assistance to non-citizens in the event of injury, illness, and emotional trauma
• Prepares reports and maintains daily logs as required
• Initiates disciplinary reports
• Conduct shakedown for contraband materials, either individually or as part of a specialized team
• Promotes facility cleanliness and reports need for maintenance and/or repairs
• Serves as a member of special teams to respond
• Successful completion of training courses and on-the-job training as required by facility training standards
• Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed

• Follow guidelines to unload and palletize sterile items according to work order specifications
• Prepare and maintain records of unloaded steriles in accordance with statutory regulations
• Monitor and retrieve dosimeters to ensure radiation are measured accurately in line with the sterilizing policy
• Unpacks and checks goods received for sterilization against work order
• Maintain records of goods received, maintain records of damage items and reports same to Operation Manager
• Input work order details in the computer for effective tote running
• Physically load the received items in the tote and program them to undergo radiation process

• Follow guidelines for proper assembly and production of food kit boxes on the assembly line
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the quality assurance team or supervisor
• Select, pick, package and scan food kit boxes on the production line
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
• Occasionally required to prepare ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons and cups, etc
• Palletizing food kit boxes and moving them over to the shipping area
• General warehouse labor work as maybe required

• Process, scan, packaging, accurate filling of customer orders before moving them to shipping department
• Data entry of inventories to process waybill and shipping labels
• Inspect stock for damages and keep records of damages
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records
• Receive, unload, labelling and storing incoming inventory items appropriately
• Ensures processing items are physically correct and complete before sending them to shipping department
• Assist in loading and unloading of materials and equipment using pallets jacks
• Loading and palletizing of outgoing inventories according to the shipping orders
• Cleaning and preparing the work station for daily operation in line with safety compliance
• Work in collaboration with others to complete daily tasks
• Any other function(s) assigned by the supervisor
