In 1985, when I was only 23 years old, I opened PCS OnCall. At the time PCS was just a local answering service with two paying customers. 37 yrs later PCS OnCall grew to include customers from all over the United States. In 2003 PCS OnCall was given the title of “Preferred Provider” by a Fortune 500 company. Throughout the years some of our more notable accounts were HeartLand Music, the Paul “Bear” Bryant Foundation (Hall of Fame Football Coach), Grizzly Adams, Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers, Joe Diffie, Charles Atlas Corporation and Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk), to name a few. Also during this time period I successively managed the acquisitions of Answer Arkansas, Arkansas Answering Service, Plaza Answering Service, Blytheville Answering Service and AnswerCall USA to make PCS OnCall the largest answering services in the state of Arkansas. In 2009 I was elected to the Board of Directors for Out of the Dark Inc. and served on various committees including the grant committee and I have served as a sponsor mentor for the Nettleton and Valley View Public School’s Out of the Dark Chapters. In 2013 I was elected to serve as Chairman of the Craighead Out of the Dark Coalition. In December of 2014 I was then elected to serve as Chairman of the Board of Out of the Dark Inc. In 2017 Goodwill Industries of Arkansas named PCS its Annual Employer of the Year. Each year Goodwill recognizes a company who contributes to furthering their mission by providing employment opportunities to our clients to help them achieve independence and workplace advancement. 2018 I was selected as the City of Jonesboro’s Volunteer of the Year for my "Outstanding Volunteer Service to the Community."
