Opened in Feb, 2013 and sold Granite to Residential customers using a third party Fabricator/installer. Also sold 7 different cabinet lines with 3 designers doing initial visit, cad design (2020) and final presentation at the time taking deposit to order. Then setting delivery and install with third party installers. 50% of business was Residential and 50% was commercial/Builder.
Very successful and sold to a buyer that was buying several dealerships in the area in May of 2022.
Been retired since then traveling in my motorhome and spending time with wife and new grandson.
