- SWC lead on supporting the board's Services and Oversight Committee and the Youth Career Readiness Committee, which guides the service delivery model across the workforce development campus.
- Develops strategic alliances which allow the SWC to meet its objectives and enhance the overall operations and financial effectiveness of the local workforce development system. - Pilots the SWC business and industry analytics efforts, ensuring data-driven decision making though current labor market information and insights.
- Directly and/or functionally supervises the WorkSource Spokane Site Director, Talent Solutions Manager, Next Generation Zone leadership team, and the SWC's Community Engagement Coordinator.
- Serves as the lead executive for the system's Talent Solutions Team which provides over 11K transformational business services to 3.6K employers in Spokane County annually.
- Primary system convener for federal, state, and local partners to improve alignment between business sectors and community members seeking employment, training, and educational opportunities.
