  • SWC lead on supporting the board's Services and Oversight Committee and the Youth Career Readiness Committee, which guides the service delivery model across the workforce development campus.
  • Develops strategic alliances which allow the SWC to meet its objectives and enhance the overall operations and financial effectiveness of the local workforce development system. These alliances include active participation with all four Spokane County chambers of commerce, labor organizations, educational providers, community-based organizations, and local governmental entities.
