Manage the front desk at a 5 Star, 5 Diamond spa, salon and fitness center. Receptionist, cashier and concierge. Schedule appointments throughout the spa. Provide guests with tours, lockers and spa essentials for their visit. Maintain the spas cleanliness and sanitation guidelines to keep guests safe and comfortable. Stock all spa and lounge areas with amenities.

Manage reception and waiting area. Answer phones and schedule appointments. Training and knowledge of spa services. Perform facials and waxing services. Sale consultant for facial packages, chemical peels, laser treatments and injections. Maintain the facilities sanitation and cleanliness standards. Responsible for stocking and inventory.

Provide makeup application from different lines and brands. Educate customers on body and hair products. Store greeter, cashier and sales associate for all Victoria Secret apparel.
