Early in the morning I would make and prepare the pokē (a raw fish Hawaiian dish) after I was finished I'd switch over into the fish market and sell the pokē along with sushi rolls, and fish.

As the fish processor, I myself along with others we would freshly receive local fish and proccess it to be able to sell and then proccess the rest for other needs throughout the restaurant. With the job of course we had to do more than just cut fish.

My job at billabong consisted of, folding clothes, putting out the merchandise, going through the shipments, selling the merchandise, and helping customers with whatever they needed.

The landscaping business was my grandfathers, he had many units throughout the East and north shore of kaua'i, I helped and worked for him for years, weed whacking, mowing, tree service, yard maintenance, etc.
