Work History

Sales Administrator

E-ONE
Ocala, FL
06.2025 - Current
  • I started at E-ONE working in production and worked my way into the Sales Administrator position. In this position I provide direct administrative support to and act as a trusted link between our partnered dealerships and our internal teams (Engineering, Production, Sales, etc.). I take care of and maintain ordered trucks throughout several consecutive stages of the process. Once an order is placed, I receive it and run it through our SAE review processes as needed per dealership advisory to make updates/changes to meet customer wants/needs; my position is to act as a liaison between E-ONE and the dealership to ensure the end customer is getting the truck they are expecting. If the customer requests a pre-build meeting, I will prepare and facilitate this meeting to go through their order with a ‘fine tooth comb’ to ensure product accuracy and the customer expectation is being met. After their truck is locked in and the customer is content with the quote, I move it to be released to Engineering, then later production. I keep tabs on where individual trucks are at in the process and give regular updates to the dealerships. I am the dealership's main contact at E-ONE regarding individual trucks after orders have been placed; if a dealership or salesman has any questions, comments, concerns or changes they would like to make they reach out to me first and I answer to the best of my ability, and if I do not have an answer straight away I do my best to get them the answer they are looking for. I am the internal point of contact regarding individual orders/trucks as well, if Engineering or Production comes across any issues on their end they come to me to see about getting it resolved and I may confirm expectations with dealerships/customers to ensure they are satisfied with conflict resolution in the engineering/build process. Once a truck has completed production, I notify the dealership and prepare the final inspection documents as needed.
  • I provide data entry support, if there are any major changes (product obsolescence, rolling updates to programming, etc.) that affect a large quantity of orders, I take care of getting them processed and each truck updated to reflect necessary changes. This is to also include changes that need to be made to individual trucks as needed, prompted by engineering or the dealership.
  • This position requires accuracy, organizational skills, keeping track of priorities, customer service skills.
  • Coordinated communication between internal teams and customers to ensure timely updates.
  • Maintained comprehensive documentation of changes/updates to individual units and customer interactions for record keeping purposes.
