As a Barista there are many roles that can be given to you during your shift.

• On the regular basis, I maintained and operated espresso machines, blenders, coffee brewers, and other equipment.
• Interacting with customer was a key responsibility as well as creating a connection with them.
• Memorized recipes for all of the specialty drinks and new seasonal drinks.
• Maintained regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Trained new employees, sharing knowledge and expertise of coffees, teas, and merchandise.
• Cleaned counters, machines, utensils, and seating areas daily.

• Worked front counter, drive-thru and other areas.
• Worked well with teammates and accepted coaching from management team.
• Took orders, prepared meals, and collected payments.
• Cleaned and maintained all areas of restaurant to promote clean image.
• Trained new team members on procedures, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Prepared products following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures.
• Provided excellent customer service by greeting customers and meeting quality expectations.
