I have been playing basketball ever since I was 7 years old and never stopped since then; the sport not only became a hobby for me but a good way for me stay in shape as i got older and a great way to relieve stress. I started out using the gym as not only a way to stay in shape and meet my fitness goals but to also feel more confident and learn more about the human body. It has definitely  played a big part in my nutritional journey and venturing into my major dietetics and nutrition. I have always had a strong passion for different kinds of music geres and their sounds so i like to play the guitar to keep me grounded and keep my brain moving. Guitar and photography have both definitely sparked an interest for me and i use them as an outlet to express myself creatively.
