  • I began working with domino’s in September of 2022 as a Customer service representative. I was very quickly moved up into an Assistant manager at the end of October 2022. My role was to run shift, submit shift changes, inventory, placing trucks, delegating tasks, money procedures and deposits. In June 2023, I was promoted up to Assistant General Manager where my responsibilities consisted of handling customer complaints/ care cases, scheduling, interviews, dispatching, food safety regulations, OER standards, and safety security protocols. A short period of time later I began training to become a General manager. I have been officially promoted as a General manager effective December 4th of 2023. My added skills include budgeting, reading and improving profit and loss statements, trend reports and many more. Within a week of taking over my store as General manager I’ve brought my store that was originally roughly in the 20s to number 1 out of 49 stores in Vegas for service and maintained that to this day.
