Payroll

  • Responsible for new hire orientation.
  • Process personnel action forms for all payroll changes such as pay, address changes, direct deposit, department transfers, etc.
  • Process and transmit payroll for 210 hourly and salary employees.
  • Set up employee garnishments in ADP.

Other Duties

  • Process PO’s thru E-Requestor.
  • Schedule airline flights, hotel reservations, & plan and coordinate company events for the Company.
  • Activate company cell phones. Troubleshoot issues with employees company cell phones and order and ship new phones if needed.
  • Reconcile all payables; medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HRA, FSA, and cell phones.

Personnel

  • Compose and post job ads for job openings.
  • Set up interviews for Managers.
  • Disposition applicants in Taleo which is the applicant tracking system used.
  • Process criminal background checks.
  • Responsible for random drug testing program.

Benefits

  • Benefit orientation for new employees.
  • Process benefit enrollment forms in ADP and on Websites such as BCBS, Superior Vision, Principal Life, Flores for HRA and FSA enrollments.
  • Set up benefit plans in ADP for annual open enrollment.
  • Work with benefit carriers and ADP to set up carrier connection feeds for new benefit plans and COBRA.
