• Perform cash handling, register operations, and end-of-day reconciliation with strict accuracy.

• Facilitate communication between departments & Senior Management to improve workflow & operation effectiveness.

• Train, coach and mentor employees to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

• Directly supervises personnel for online delivery, curbside and pick-pack inventory .
• Stays up to date with state and local laws and regulations.
• Responsibilities include: addressing complaints, resolving problems, training, directing work, rewarding and disciplining, planning, cash handling.
• Maintains highest level of compassion and customer service to all customers.
• Knowledge of store products, ingredients and effects with usage.
