Kimberly Cervantes

When I got my very first job, I was very excited and ready for the opportunities that came with it. During my years working at McDonald's, I was a very motivated crew member ready to experience fast-paced environments while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. While with McDonald's, I was also promoted to floor manager. I have a strong background in customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving. Currently, I'm a Correctional Officer skilled in maintaining security and peace in high-stress environments. I'm also productive and efficient in task completion, managing time effectively to meet all job requirements. Specialized skills include conflict resolution, emergency response coordination, and inmate behavior modification strategies. I'm a very quick learner and would love the opportunity to experience new and different atmospheres.
