As an airline professional and small business owner, I understand and adhere to strict time requirements. Customer service skills with general knowledge and compassion when dealing with not only the general public, but specifically those guests who are under stress due to various reasons. I have a thorough understanding of the obstacles involved in the travel industry, i.e. weather delays, mechanical delays, time restraints, etc. Trained in first aid, food service safety, de-escalation techniques, fire safety, emergency evacuation and other various flight attendants duties.
