As a Pharmacy Technician, I welcomed customers and assisted them in finding over-the-counter products. I received prescriptions and checked their validity. Processed prescriptions electronically using a computer and fax machine, ensuring all information is complete and accurate. I selected the appropriate medicine and measured dosages to fill prescriptions, while maintaining medication inventory. I filed claims and billing with insurance, assisted customers, and answered questions. As a technician, I greeted customers and answered any questions they had. I interpreted and processed medication orders under the supervision of the pharmacist. I prepared prescriptions for filling, including counting and labeling, while maintaining drug inventory. I maintained patient profiles on our computer system, retained Medicare records in accordance with company policy, and assisted in Medicare audits.

As a Deputy Sheriff, I patrolled county roads and responded to calls for assistance. I investigated criminal activities such as assaults, burglaries, theft, and traffic infractions. I testified in court at criminal hearings and trials regarding scenes observed and evidence collected. I performed administrative tasks such as completing detailed arrest reports, diagramming traffic accidents, and filing documents with the County Attorney's Office, and I assisted with the intake process at the County Jail, including mug shots, fingerprints, and acquiring DNA for felony cases. I supervised inmates to ensure they were safe, secure, and supervised. Enforced rules and regulations according to policies.
