Kimberly Moniz

Adaptable and personable first year undergraduate student at University of California Davis with experience in customer service. Driven to find solutions to any issue at hand. As a first year student, I have drawn from past work experiences, developing the necessary skills and persistence to succeed in any atmosphere. Finishing out a third quarter of classes at UC Davis, and having excelled in the core classes for engineering I am eager to start working in a related field.

Guitar is a new hobby I picked up after entering college. I decided I wanted to still learn new skills while in school, and teaching myself how to play has broadened my abilities, as well as demonstrated my capabilities to learn without instruction.

I am also a highly reflective person who has enjoyed the process of journaling from a young age. I believe reflection is important to improve. Recognizing my habits that are not beneficial has allowed me to grow out of them and continue my path towards my future career and the person I am becoming.
