I have spent a lot of time traveling for Rural Area Veterinary Services. It is an organization that represents the Humane society of the United States. I travel with groups of veterinary students and help assist different Native American Reservations with free veterinary care. I have traveled to multiple times to four different states to assist.
In Colorado I went through the Colorado foster child classes and did foster a child and spent time in a couple group homes working with some of the children.
I spend a lot of time with my father who is 89 years old and still gets along great. I love taking him on adventures (back road trips for the day). My sister also moved to Florida.
I have 5 dogs and have done cattle dog rescue for 30 years. I am still trying to make contacts in Florida. It is still important to me to make sure that the animals are one of the groups that are taken care of and have a good chance at finding a home,
