I am a technically inclined and motivated professional currently looking to transition into the technology field and begin my career in an entry-level IT position. My professional experience as a barista has helped me develop strong communication, customer service, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Outside of my professional experience, I have developed a strong interest in technology and have spent time building my technical knowledge through hands-on learning. I have experience assembling desktop computers, working with computer hardware, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and learning about networking, operating systems, and general IT support. I enjoy taking things apart, understanding how they work, identifying problems, and finding practical solutions.

I also have college experience, where I have continued developing my ability to learn, problem-solve, and work independently, although I have not yet completed a degree. I am looking for an opportunity to apply my technical abilities in a professional environment, gain hands-on experience, and continue growing within the technology industry. I am especially interested in entry-level IT support, help desk, desktop support, and other technology-focused positions where I can learn, contribute, and build a long-term career.
