As a Guest Service Rep. my duty here was to assist customers that called in with questions or concerns for their accounts. It was my duty to make sure they were up to date with any new information or adjustments that happened to their account.

• I worked with the 23&Me campaign assisting their customers with any questions, concerns or curiousity they may have had about the business or their DNA results.

• My daily responsibility working in this establishment were multiple responsibilities. Filing paperwork for customers who purchased furniture, keeping the inventory caught up in store and online. As well as depositing cash deposits, answering phones and customers in person questions.

• Duties for this callcenter position were to reach out to customers who had Medical-Medicaid. Make sure they were up to date with all the new changes that were being made and their information on file was still the same or needed to be updated.

• My duties here with collections for Paypal were to reach out to collect a payment from the clients who were either already in debt or on the way to being in debt. If they were not ready it was my duty so set up a payment arrangement.
