- Properly implementing the use of multiple reports daily such as the On Hand and Claims disposition reports. Utilizing these reports is one of the key factors that has results in the success and growth with associates as we are able to find where teach and training is needed. We are able to pinpoint where processes are not being follower. The combination of all of these has lead to the prevention of hundreds of thousands of dollars of shrink and loss.
- Successfully implemented new receiving processes due to large number of discrepancies involving vendor relations. This process was so effective it gained recognition from our {title} , allowing us to teach and train on this cost saving and effective process with other surrounding stores with similar issues.
