• Provide claims handling for wind & TWIA claims adhering to estimating standards, policies and endorsements. Utilize Citrix & Claims Center.

Examine documents and current policies to determine insurance coverage on both catastrophic and daily claims. Complex adjuster working total loss claims. Communicating with insureds and repair facilities to resolve comprehensive claims. Record of processing, paying and closing 150- 200 claims per month.

View policy details to confirm active coverage. Review police reports, medical treatments records, medical bills and physical property damages to determine extent of liability. Negotiate settlements, process title branding.

Adjust wind, mold, water back up, fire, and large loss claims. Correspond with agents, insureds, lien holders, and contractors in an effort to indemnify insureds after a catastrophic loss to their home, Investment Property, Commercial Property or Personal Property. Transferred to flood file review team where I reviewed estimates ensuring they meet estimating standards ultimately approving payments to field adjuster and insureds.
