At Feet First Podiatry, patient communication was something I highly valued and will continue to value. Whenever I would interact with a patient I would give them my full attention and attempt to resolve the issue within my scope of practice. If I am unable to do so, I would alert my manager and the doctor of the patient concern. being able to communicate and identify patient concerns early enables swift action and resolution towards any problem, which enhances patient safety, and strengthens our trust with the patient.
